* September 15-2008: My friends surprised me with the best birthday party ever. X-File themed. I'm still a dork at heart.

Other than that:

My day job has gotten busier, which leaves me less time to do art. I'm sure something will work out.
I finally moved out from Queens to Brooklyn. Still trying to adjust - and trying to get my art desks and scanner here.
Still working on comic for anthologies, a pitch and a new 'old' web-comic idea Becky and I had..... ten years ago. Let's see if we can actually launch it this time.

Still on 'leave' from teaching cartooning until January 2009 (Mel went back to teaching the class). It was a fun experience and I'm glad that alot more people - especially women - are getting into it. Such a difference from when I was going to school and being the one of two females in all my cartooning classes.
